2025 Tax Collection
Payment Options: Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks may be made out to Bellevue Township and mailed to PO Box 6, Bellevue, MI 49021 or dropped through the mail slot next to the door at 121 N. Main St. If you wish to pay with Cash, please have the exact amount.
Payments may be made in-person only at Independent Bank, Bellevue Branch ONLY. DO NOT mail payment to the bank. You MUST have your tax statement to pay at the bank. There will be a 2-3 day delay in processing your payment in the Township Tax System, depending on when payments are picked up at the bank. Please allow for this processing time.

The last day for collecting without penalty is Monday, Sept. 15th. The Treasurer’s office will be open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm that day. After Sept. 15th there will be a 1% penalty added through Sept. 30th. Then on the first of each month an additional 1% will be added.

As of December 1st, 2019, Bellevue Township will not accept postmarks as payment date.
Payment must be made at the close of business September 14th and February 28th.
For your convenience, there is a drop slot located to the left of the front door at the township office. If you are paying by mail or drop slot and would like a receipt, please include a stamped self addressed envelope.
